Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce infrastructure that enables us to sell products and services to you.

SECTION 6 – ORDER PROCESSING, BILLING & ACCOUNT

All payments are processed via third-party payment gateways (e.g. Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). By submitting your payment info, you warrant that you are authorized to use that method. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your purchases.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK

1. We ship primarily within the U.S. and Canada. International shipping may be available later (subject to customs, duties, and legal restrictions).
   
   

2. Shipping estimates are approximate; delays may occur.
   
   

3. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery (or when carrier takes possession).
   
   

4. We are not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or other fees once goods leave our warehouse.
   
   

SECTION 9 – RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Because our products are natural/personal care, all sales are final, except in the case of defective or damaged items.
   
   

2. To request a return or refund, contact support@audhumla.com within 7 days of delivery.
   
   

3. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
   
   

4. Refunds (if approved) will be processed via original payment method, less return shipping costs.
   
   

5. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if conditions are not met.
   
   

SECTION 10 – SUBSCRIPTIONS, AUTO-RENEWAL & CANCELLATIONS

1. If you subscribe to recurring shipments or services, you authorize periodic charges to your payment method.
   
   

2. You may cancel or pause subscriptions at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
   
   

3. Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
   
   

SECTION 11 – USER COMMENTS / FEEDBACK / SUBMISSIONS

1. You grant Audhumla LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, copy, publish, distribute, and modify any comments or submissions you provide.
   
   

2. We are under no obligation to keep your submissions confidential, respond to them, or compensate for them.
   
   

3. You represent that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights, do not include malware or harmful content, and comply with laws.
   
   

4. We may remove or refuse to publish submissions at our discretion.
   
   

SECTION 12 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

1. The Service may include links to external websites not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
   
   

2. We may also provide optional third-party tools and apps for your convenience (e.g. calculators, integrations). We have no control over them.
   
   

3. Your use of any such tool is at your own risk, and we disclaim liability for them.
   
   

SECTION 13 – TEXT / SMS MARKETING

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receive recurring promotional or support messages via automated systems (e.g. cart reminders). Frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

We are not liable for delays or failures in messaging.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remainder.
Failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of future rights.

You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by ceasing use or notifying us.
We may terminate your access for cause or suspicion of breach.
Any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination survive termination.

SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and any policies incorporated herein constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service, superseding prior agreements.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without respect to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts in Utah. You consent to venue and jurisdiction there.

SECTION 21 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updates. You are responsible for reviewing changes. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
